This service provides help to people aged 17 and over who are experiencing common mental health problems such as depression and anxiety disorders, including
- generalised anxiety disorder (GAD);
- social anxiety;
- post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD);
- health anxiety;
- panic;
- phobias
- obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).
You don’t need a diagnosis to access the service and there is no upper age limit.

The Holly Health app is a science-backed digital health coach that supports you with personalised and adaptive habit recommendations and reminders, 24/7 “in the moment” support for when things get challenging, friendly everyday motivation, interesting articles and videos, and more!
Sexual Health
iCaSH (integrated Contraception and Sexual Health) provides all aspects of sexual and reproductive health, including contraception, sexually transmitted infection (STI) and HIV testing and treatment.
iCaSh provide a high quality, patient-centred service, with the right staff, delivering the right service, at the right time, in the right place.
They also work with Terrence Higgins Trust, who provide community outreach services including free condoms, Chlamydia screening and sexual health advice and signposting.
Cornerstone Pregnancy Advice Centre
Cornerstone Care in Confidence are a group of trained volunteers who offer free, unbiased advice on all your pregnancy concerns.
If you are facing an unplanned pregnancy trained practitioners will give you time, space and information to help you make your own decision. You can be sure of impartial advice and a discussion of all options with advice on how to proceed with whatever decision you reach.
Women’s Health NW Anglia – Abortions
There are abortion clinics at Peterborough City and Hinchingbrooke Hospital, and you can contact them direct to make an appointment. This is called self-referral which means you don’t need to have an appointment with your GP first.
They offer abortion up to 18 weeks of pregnancy, where you will be cared for by specialist staff who have many years of experience looking after women going through this journey. They understand that this can be a difficult and challenging time for some women and will offer you all the support you need.

Podiatry is a branch of medicine devoted to the study, diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the foot, ankle and lower leg with podiatrists working to improve the mobility, independence and the quality of life for patients by providing treatment for a wide range of problems affecting the feet. Physiotherapy
DynamicHealth provides specialised services for people aged 16 years and over living with or experiencing problems from muscles, nerves and joints. These are known as musculoskeletal (MSK) problems and include symptoms such as pain, numbness, stiffness and weakness as a result of injury, strain, posture or following an operation.
DynamicHealth also provides MSK occupational health services and pelvic health physiotherapy.
